Canadian passport, globe, and immigration documents

PROCESS · 6 STEPS · FULL TRANSPARENCY

From first call
to landing in Canada.

No theatre. No mystery fees. Here is exactly how a file moves through our practice - what we deliver at each step, what we need from you, and how long IRCC typically takes.

Read this page before your consultation. Better questions on the call mean better applications months later.

STEP BY STEP

How a file moves through our practice.

01

Paid Consultation

30 min · $90 + HST

We spend 30 focused minutes on your goals, timeline, family situation, education, and work history. Paid up front - card / cash in-office or Interac e-Transfer for video and phone. The fee is credited in full toward your service fees if you retain us. If we can't help, we say so on this call and often point you to who can.

DELIVERABLE

Verbal eligibility read + written summary email within 24 hours.

02

Written Eligibility Assessment

3–5 business days

You send us documents through a secure portal. We run your profile against every relevant federal, provincial, and pilot program - including ones you haven't heard of. You receive a written report ranking pathways by likelihood, speed, and cost.

DELIVERABLE

PDF report: shortlisted programs, CRS/points estimate, risk flags, and fee schedule.

03

Strategy & Retainer

1 week

We agree on the chosen pathway (or dual-track if hedging makes sense), sign a CICC-compliant retainer that lists every deliverable and every fee, and open your dedicated client portal. There are no hidden add-ons later.

DELIVERABLE

Signed retainer, portal access, dedicated case number, first document checklist.

04

File Preparation

3–8 weeks

The bulk of the work happens here. We collect and vet documents, order translations, draft employment reference letters, write and rewrite your SOP or narrative, complete every form, and cross-check every field against IRCC's operational manuals before submission.

DELIVERABLE

RCIC-reviewed application package. Nothing submits without a final consultant sign-off.

05

Processing & Officer Communication

Program-dependent

Once submitted, we monitor GCMS notes, respond to any officer requests (medicals, biometrics, additional documents, procedural fairness letters) within their deadlines, and update you at every milestone. You never have to check the portal yourself.

DELIVERABLE

Milestone alerts, GCMS note reviews on request, RFI/PFL responses drafted by us.

06

Landing & First 90 Days

Arrival + 3 months

Approval isn't the finish line - it's the start of a new one. We walk you through port-of-entry expectations, help set up SIN and healthcare, sequence PR card mailing, and - for study/work permit clients - plan the transition to CEC or PNP.

DELIVERABLE

POE briefing document, first-90-days checklist, next-step planning session.

WHAT YOU GET, IN WRITING

Three guarantees baked into every retainer.

Secure Client Portal

Every document lives in an encrypted portal. No email attachments, no WhatsApp forwarding.

No Surprise Fees

Every dollar is disclosed in the retainer. Third-party costs (medicals, biometrics, IRCC fees) are estimated up front.

Refusal Protocol

If a file is refused for a reason within our control, we prepare the reconsideration or reapplication at no additional professional fee.
